We own and operate eight ground-floor, one-bedroom condos in Cottonwood Park located near downtown Niwot, Colorado. Unlike many other property management companies, we do leases of less than one year (minimum of three months).
Niwot, Colorado is a part of unincorporated Boulder County with a population of ~4,000 residents. The town of Niwot was named for Chief Niwot, an Arapaho leader, whose people were hunting and fishing along the Colorado Front Range when the first gold miners arrived in 1858. Niwot, in Arapaho language means “Left Hand’.

Cottonwood Park Condominium Association is located in Niwot, on the South side of Niwot Road approximately one block East of the intersection of Niwot Road and 79th Street.
Cottonwood Park condos were constructed between the mid 1970's and early 1980's. The condos are located adjacent to the Niwot Historic Downtown District with close proximity to shopping, restaurants and the post office. Public transportation is a short walk away on Highway 119 (The Diagonal Highway that runs between Boulder and Longmont). Large trees are abound in our neighborhood, giving the grounds an established presence.
